Today is the first day of October, and it's officially fall here in Maryland... (or at least it is at our Whole Foods.) Can't wait for a new season filled with some of my favorite things: boots and sweaters, colorful leaves, and long walks through our neighborhood with my Starbucks Caramel Apple Spice in hand!
