During a recent conversation with a friend, I found myself entertained by how much our dads have in common, despite having never met. Even though we're in our twenties, both of our dads still worry about us driving on the freeway, especially at night, especially if it's raining, and especially since we're not driving Toyotas. They would both die if they had any idea how much our purses cost, and they've both gifted us cans of pepper spray on multiple occasions.
The more I thought about it, I realized that maybe these similarities aren't so uncanny.
